⚜️Kardhok and Fish⚜️
A bird called Kardhok lives by the river and dives into the water to catch and eat fish. A bird of this species became old and lost sight of the fish in the water. So he thought of running his life under some pretence, 'When a fish came to the surface of the canal where he was sitting, the old fisherman said to him, 'Oh, if only you had a little concern for your own life and that of your brothers. The owner of the canal is going to release all the water in the canal in a day or two, so you should do something to save your life.' Hearing this, the fish went to the bottom of the water and after gathering all the fishes, he said goodbye to the king.
As soon as he heard it, he decided to thank the fisher who had warned him of the impending calamity and to request him to suggest a solution to get rid of this calamity, and entrusted the task of informing the fisher to the messenger fish. Accordingly, he went to the tax collector and informed him of his decision. As soon as he heard it, Kardhok said to him, 'There is only one way to escape from this crisis. All of you should come to the surface of the water so that I can take you to the lake near my house. The fish admitted that. Then Kardhoka took them to a shallow pool of water and drowned them all in a few days.
Moral:- It is foolishness to fall into the enemy's trap by believing his sweet words.
